At Dhrudha Sarees, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return & Refund Eligibility:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Sale items or discounted products may be non-refundable, unless defective.

2. Process:

Our team will guide you on the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 

business days.

3. Exclusions:

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.

Customized or personalized sarees are non-returnable.
